Application Form (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.toyamajets.net\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/\u5728\u7559\u671f\u9593\u66f4\u65b0\u8a31\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u69d8\u5f0f\uff08H28\u5e74\uff13\u6708\uff09.xls\">APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF PERIOD OF STAY<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0The first 3 pages should be filled out by you.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0The last page should be filled out and an official seal should be\u00a0put on it by your\u00a0CO.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0Document stating your CO is going to employ you\u00a0for the upcoming JET year,\u00a0which is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>issued by your\u00a0CO.<\/strong><\/span>\u3000\uff08\u518d\u4efb\u7528\u306b\u304b\u304b\u308b\u78ba\u8a8d\u66f8\uff09.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0Document stating how much you\u00a0earned in the previous, and a document stating that you&#8217;ve paid for your local inhabitant\u2019s tax,\u00a0which is<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> issued by your City Hall.<\/strong><\/span>\u3000\uff08\u4f4f\u6c11\u7a0e\u306e\u8ab2\u7a0e\u8a3c\u660e\u66f8\u53ca\u3073\u7d0d\u7a0e\u8a3c\u660e\u66f8\uff09.<\/p>\n<p>4. Passport<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0Residency Card (Alien\u00a0Registration\u00a0Card)<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0A photo (4 cm \u00d7 3 cm\uff09 for the new Residency Card<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a04,000 yen (when you\u00a0receive your new visa) to buy the\u00a0\u53ce\u5165\u5370\u7d19 (<em>shuunyuu inshi)\u00a0<\/em>on the 2nd floor.<\/p>\n<p>When you receive your new visa, you\u00a0will get your\u00a0Residency Card\u00a0at the Immigration Office.<\/p>\n<p>JETs can travel abroad and come back to Japan without a re-entry permit- just make sure to have your residency card.<\/p>\n<p>(When you leave Japan and come back to Japan, you\u2019ll have to show your \u00a0Alien Registration Card\u00a0or Residency Card at an international airport.)<\/p>\n<p>Special paid leave called\u00a0<em>tokkyuu<\/em>\u00a0is provided when you go to the Immigration Office in\u00a0Toyama Airport.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FOR JETs GOING ON TO THEIR FOURTH YEAR Reappointed ALTs who will have stayed in Japan for 3 years.
