Contacting the PAs

When it comes to professional matters, the Japanese PAs and I are in constant communication with one another, unless there is sensitive information which can't be shared for one reason or another. Japanese workers who work with ALTs contact the JPAs when they need something, and I am notified if necessary. Conversely, if you have an issue, I am your contact as the JETPA, and if the JPAs need to get involved, don't worry, I will be in touch with them.

Please, do not CC all three of us when you have a question! We are all very busy and it's frustrating for us when we find out that all three PAs have been busy answering the same question.
