You can submit one flight request through the website and you will receive quotes from 4/5 major English speaking travel agents by email by the next day. These travel agents give a discount to JETs who book through Jet Set Japan. Check out the website!!!
TIS
This is the travel agent actually in Toyama Station. They have English-speaking staff and they can organize international and domestic flights. It’s next to the ticket office on the south side of the station.

Map tours is situated in Kanazawa, they have helpful English-speaking staff and you can book flight over e-mail. When it comes to paying for the flight though, you will have to make a bank transfer (See ‘Sending Money Domestically’) or go to their office in Kanazawa. HIS
If you live closer to Toyama than Kanazawa you might find it more convenient to use HIS Travel, they also employ some English speakers and you won’t have to bother with a bank transfer. How to get to HIS from Toyama Station: With Toyama Station behind you, cross the main road and follow the road that bears slightly to the right, you should have the CIC building on your left (i.e. ...not the road that goes straight down to Nishicho). Walk down this road for a couple of blocks and you’ll see HIS on the left hand side.
