From Toyama station, take the 19 bus, which will take you straight past Toyama Daigaku and past the Kureha Mountain. It will be on the right side at some point after you pass the kureha mountains. Pretty easy to get to. The doc speaks good English, and if he can’t explain, he has an English Medical book he can show you what he’s talking about.
