If reading all of the above has short-circuited your brain and you are now panicking about buying/owning/driving a car, don’t! Despite all the above, it really is fairly simple to buy and run a car. For those of you who are living in more rural areas, we would definitely recommend buying a car as they are life-savers, both on the social front, and also in winter when you have to buy food!
