Aprecio – A 1-year membership is 300 yen (they give you a bunch of coupons when you sign up), and it's good all over Japan. The cost per hour covers use of everything in the place -- Internet, games, massage chairs, etc. Free soft drinks and all you can eat ice-cream!

Hyper Café
Cost: 1 hr./480 yen, plus 300 yen membership fee; the cost includes a drink bar
Location: Above Take-1 Karaoke off Route 156.
The Mandarin Café – You might have to ask to use their single computer.
Cost: 1 hr./100 yen
Location: It's across the street from Hyper 1. If you need directions just ask one of the Tonami massive!! They will be happy to help!
