Location: The entrance is just to the right of the side entrance to the Apple Hill shopping center in Uozu. Go through the automatic doors and up the escalator to the second floor.
Uozu.net - Formerly Bini, now at a new location, this place has 4 computers and a computer school where you can ask questions if you need to. You can also bring and plug in your own computer.
