Recommended Books

The following is a list of books that can help you in your Japanese studies and/or aid you in preparation for one of the Japanese tests. This list is by no means exhaustive and you should look at other books to see what will work for you. The Kinokuniya on the top floor of the Toyama Daiwa has a large selection of books for Japanese learners (near the foreign books section). The small bookstore across from Daiwa, under the covered Sogawa Street also has a smaller selection of textbooks on the 2nd floor (they also sell JLPT application packets!). If you can’t find these books in the bookstore, you can always order from amazon.com.
