Directions: Turn left out of Takaoka Station, turn right at the Circle K conbini, turn left at the first side street you come to, there is a parking lot on your left, park there. Continue walking down the street away from Circle K, the street dead ends at Dr. Taniguchi’s office. The office is closed on Sundays and Thursdays. Open until 6.30M, Tu, W, F. Open until 11.30 on Saturdays. No appointment necessary.

Dr. Motoe is an Orthopedic Surgeon who has a decent command of English. He is really nice and upbeat plus you get to see your x-rays and MRIs right away. However, the front staff do not speak English but are very nice.
It is open 9-12.30pm and 2.30-6pm Monday to Friday. They are closed on Saturday afternoons and all day on Sunday. To get there: Leaving from the North side of Toyama Station, walk north (with the station to your back) to the bridge, cross the bridge and take a right and keep walking straight. You will cross another bridge (this is more like a street over a creek) and the doctors office will be on your left. You will see a large white sign with the clinics name in Kanji. This is about a 7 min walk from the station.
