Upon calling, staff woman very clearly stated that all doctors have English ability.
Urology: Dr Misake Toshimitsu (male) has good English.

Large hospital with young and helpful doctors and nurses in the prenatal department.
From JR Isuruni, walk straight, turn left at lights. Walk straight for 2 lights and then turn left over tracks. Down about 600m, turn right at 2nd street (near Rt. 42).
Have an English manual that can guide patients and doctors through diagnosis.
