CIC 4F
Hours: until 10 pm
There is an actual food court on the fourth floor of the CIC building. They have crepes, tempura, soba, udon, and the world famous ‘Toyama black ramen’.
Worth a mention is the sit-down restaurant Saizeriya, which has really inexpensive Italian food (and drink bar) and scrumptious side orders of focaccia bread. Everything on the menu has a picture.
Getting There: Walk to CIC (across the street from Toyama Station) and go to the 4th floor.
Marier B1F & 6F
Hours: 11:00 ~ 20:30
Tonton is one of the restaurants (mostly Japanese) located on the sixth floor of Marier. The fried rice and dumplings are recommended. Felce café (フェルﾁｴ カフェ) is also located on the 6th floor. They serve lunch, brunch, coffee, desserts, etc. The desserts are actually amazing. Lunch (11:00-14:30) is under 1000yen which is a really good deal. In the basement is a Cheesecake Factory (but not THE Cheesecake Factory), that serves pasta dishes and, of course, real cheesecake!
Getting There: Walk to Marier (in front of Toyama Station) and go to the 6th floor for Tonton or Felce café, or the basement for Cheesecake Factory.
Toyama Station 3F
Hours: until 9 pm
There are a handful of restaurants on the third floor of Toyama Station but none of them are outstanding. It's more the convenience of the location.
